These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GREIF® Studios website at www.greifstudio.com and any services provided by GREIF® Studios, a tattoo studio based in Broward County, Florida. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
GREIF® Studios provides professional tattoo services including custom tattoo design, black & grey work, color florals, and full sleeve projects. All services are performed by appointment only.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to requests that conflict with our artistic standards, safety guidelines, or applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services at GREIF® Studios. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. By paying a deposit, you are reserving your artist's time and confirming your commitment to the scheduled appointment.
We understand that life happens. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our artists directly. Our policy is as follows:
All custom designs created by GREIF® Studios artists remain the intellectual property of the artist. You are granted a personal license to wear the tattoo on your body, but the underlying artwork may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or used in any form without explicit written consent from GREIF® Studios.
Design consultations are included in the booking process. Significant design revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel any appointment for health or safety reasons without penalty to the studio.
One complimentary touch-up is offered within 90 days of your completed tattoo, provided proper aftercare instructions were followed. Touch-ups are subject to artist availability and must be booked in advance. Touch-ups are not offered for healed tattoos where aftercare was not followed, or for areas prone to fading (hands, feet, fingers, inner lips).
GREIF® Studios reserves the right to photograph completed tattoos for use in our portfolio, website, and social media channels. If you prefer your tattoo not to be shared publicly, please inform us before your appointment.

GREIF® Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
